The Send Applicants to Engage institution setting has been added to the Engage screen, which allows users to specify whether to send applicant data to the Engage app.

This defaults to 'N'.

When the Tutor group membership workflow is run, it allocates the staff member linked to those groups in UIO learner groups as the primary staff member. If there is no staff member linked to the group, then the current logic of using staff members linked to the UIO will be used.

The course ID (smscourseid) is no longer displayed for applicants.

To improve performance, the logic has changed to send complete weeks of data instead of exact date ranges (for example: instead of sending Wednesday week 1 to Wednesday week 4, Monday week 1 to Sunday week 4 is now sent). The actual range is the last seven days to the days in the future as defined by the Max days in future of timetable change notifications institution setting (on the Timetables screen). This is set to '30' by default.
